Edit: If this still has no posts by Round 1 deadline there won't be a round 2.

@JASON_ROCKS1998 What is the deadline time?
Tonight at 22:00 GMT

Only 2 rules:
No cheating
All time must be proven before being accepted (either by screenshot or video)

No limits on tuning or driver aids. BUT only the cars in the OP can be used. So if it doesn't say Abarth 500 Step 1, don't use the Step 1 tuned Abarth 500.

Will try to run some laps by then, haven't played this game for over 4 months so will be quite rusty but hopefully still reasonably competitive.
I just got AC. Have to run it in 800x600 res so that it actually runs over 30fps.

I don't think I've ever chatted to you before, but I recall seeing your name on top of quite a few leaderboards for Project Cars I think, and I recognised your name from here, is that right? Mate you are a weapon, your times are very impressive.

Sounds like you need to buy a better GPU if using desktop PC or laptop with better GPU. It is quite cheap to get a decent GPU nowadays to run it at 1080p 60FPS. I am going to aim for low 1:11's, hopefully I can achieve it. You seem at a slight handicap, best of luck in improving. 👍

That's probably right, usually can challenge for top spot, setup is very important though in pCARS as it seems some teams have found big time somewhere. Haven't played it in a while also due to corner cutting and stuff, should have won a T300RS but they gave the prize to someone who cut through corners completely instead.

Member of WMD pCARS, now I'm a Weapon of Mass Destruction by the sounds of things.

Hopefully I can beat your time, had a break from racing games for a while now.

I have no plans to upgrade just yet and my PC can barely run 2006 games at full res at 30 so I'm lucky I can even get it to 30 at all. Anyway, I was never that great at time attack type events.

What's your processor and graphics card out of interest?

I'll stick with what I got for now, most of my modern gaming is done on PS4 anyhow.
Even a cheap Kepler GT 640 for under £20 or GTX 650 under £30 would probably get you to 60FPS at 720P. Also can run ShadowPlay which is easier on system for video recording.

My PC is just under what is needed for Shadowplay. You need any GTX GPU and I believe a slightly better CPU than what I have.

Your CPU is fine for ShadowPlay, just need a Kepler GPU even if it says not supported, it runs fine through a shortcut. GT 640 Kepler version for potentially under £20 will get your much higher frame rate and also ShadowPlay.

I'm fine with what I have and Bandicam doesn't seem to affect FPS too much. I still get decent frames with it on most of my games.

Fair enough, your integrated Intel graphics may be actually faster than your GT 610 so you might get boost in FPS if you use that instead. Worth a try.

Edit: Just realised your CPU has HD2500 instead of HD4000 so will probably be worse. If you have a laptop in last three years by Intel, may have HD4000 and get better FPS provided it is a reasonably fast dual core CPU.
