Edit: If this still has no posts by Round 1 deadline there won't be a round 2.
After the semi-success of the GT3 Time Attack Challenge I bring you the Assetto Corsa Time Attack Challenge! Same rules as the GT3 TAC, no corner cutting, and all times must be verified via video or a screenshot.

Will try to run some laps by then, haven't played this game for over 4 months so will be quite rusty but hopefully still reasonably competitive.Tonight at 22:00 GMT
I just got AC. Have to run it in 800x600 res so that it actually runs over 30fps.Will try to run some laps by then, haven't played this game for over 4 months so will be quite rusty but hopefully still reasonably competitive.
I don't think I've ever chatted to you before, but I recall seeing your name on top of quite a few leaderboards for Project Cars I think, and I recognised your name from here, is that right? Mate you are a weapon, your times are very impressive. Will try to run some laps by then, haven't played this game for over 4 months so will be quite rusty but hopefully still reasonably competitive.
Sounds like you need to buy a better GPU if using desktop PC or laptop with better GPU. It is quite cheap to get a decent GPU nowadays to run it at 1080p 60FPS. I am going to aim for low 1:11's, hopefully I can achieve it. You seem at a slight handicap, best of luck in improving. 👍I just got AC. That's probably right, usually can challenge for top spot, setup is very important though in pCARS as it seems some teams have found big time somewhere. Haven't played it in a while also due to corner cutting and stuff, should have won a T300RS but they gave the prize to someone who cut through corners completely instead.I don't think I've ever chatted to you before, but I recall seeing your name on top of quite a few leaderboards for Project Cars I think, and I recognised your name from here, is that right? I have no plans to upgrade just yet and my PC can barely run 2006 games at full res at 30 so I'm lucky I can even get it to 30 at all. Anyway, I was never that great at time attack type events.Sounds like you need to buy a better GPU if using desktop PC or laptop with better GPU. What's your processor and graphics card out of interest?I have no plans to upgrade just yet and my PC can barely run 2006 games at full res at 30 so I'm lucky I can even get it to 30 at all. Anyway, I was never that great at time attack type events.
CPU: i3-3220 3.30GHzWhat's your processor and graphics card out of interest?
If you get like a 960 cheap for less than £110 like this: LinkCPU: i3-3220 3.30GHz
GPU: NVidia GT610
Edit: Can run just about any game of the PS2 era on high graphics on decent framerate.
I'll stick with what I got for now, most of my modern gaming is done on PS4 anyhow. If you get like a 960 cheap for less than £110 like this: Link
Should be able to play at really well settings.
Even a cheap Kepler GT 640 for under £20 or GTX 650 under £30 would probably get you to 60FPS at 720P. Also can run ShadowPlay which is easier on system for video recording.I'll stick with what I got for now, most of my modern gaming is done on PS4 anyhow.
My PC is just under what is needed for Shadowplay. You need any GTX GPU and I believe a slightly better CPU than what I have.Even a cheap Kepler GT 640 for under £20 or GTX 650 under £30 would probably get you to 60FPS at 720P. Also can run ShadowPlay which is easier on system for video recording.
Your CPU is fine for ShadowPlay, just need a Kepler GPU even if it says not supported, it runs fine through a shortcut. GT 640 Kepler version for potentially under £20 will get your much higher frame rate and also ShadowPlay. My PC is just under what is needed for Shadowplay. I'm fine with what I have and Bandicam doesn't seem to affect FPS too much. I still get decent frames with it on most of my games.Your CPU is fine for ShadowPlay, just need a Kepler GPU even if it says not supported, it runs fine through a shortcut. Fair enough, your integrated Intel graphics may be actually faster than your GT 610 so you might get boost in FPS if you use that instead. Worth a try.I'm fine with what I have and Bandicam doesn't seem to affect FPS too much. I still get decent frames with it on most of my games.
Round 1 is over. Just about to update OPYour Fiat shifts a lot faster than mine.
Improved my laptime but not by much.
