Dash shows tc as off and I cannot adjust it with my binds for TC (Says TC Unavailable), It does seem to be in setup menu though, but if I try to adjust it with my wheel bind it sets to disabled.

yeah this is the issue
csp 0.3.0 handles lua very bad
however i heard there is a preview 304 which do well
but i recommend sticking to 0.2 for now

In the beggining of ext_config.ini
find this strings

[EXTRA_SWITCHES]
SWITCH_A = Display mode
SWITCH_B = Racelogic mode

delete switch flag options
so it look like shown here
