Audio Ports......

I remember someone mentioning the fact that all audio ports on a pc are two-way. Meaning that a microphone port can be configured as a speaker port.

Does anyone know how to do this?

It appears that you need a 5.1 sound card, which i don't have.

Some motherboards have this capability as well. You have to take a look at your model, and see if it's a function in the BIOS.

Yes, My intergrated sound chipset does this. You have to use the software what comes with it.

What sound card or motherboard do you have?

Most new Asus motherboards do it, this technique is usually not supported on older mobos. I think all Creative soundcards since the "Live!" also have reversable ports.
