Hi George, first of all, welcome to the forums!

The solution you have shown isn't ideal for a number of reasons.

The amp needs an external power adapter to be able to be plugged in which will provide the correct voltage to the amplifier. While this isn't totally a problem, it makes it quite inefficient - you lose efficiency every time you transform voltage so in this instance you are going from your mains voltage, down to the voltage of your amp before the amp even does anything. Try to find an amp that runs at your mains voltage so it can be connected directly.

Also, the amplifier is very weak - 20W RMS. Those shakers you posted are themselves very small but they still recommend around 5 times the power that amp can provide.

I haven't had any experience with those shakers so I can not say if they are powerful enough for what you want.

For the price of an amp that size, and the fact that I don't know how good those shakers are, plus the added complexity of having to mount them, I would actually recommend saving up and going with the Gamer 2 option, as it is easy to mount and comes with the amp required.

Anyway, best of luck.

yes after a bit more research i do think going for the gamer to is a better option as its my first time i just cant justify £150 every time i want to expand .... thansk for the help my friend

Hi guys I'm looking at getting just one transducer for now obviously there's the butt kicker gamer 2 I was just wondering if you lot can help me find compatable parts in the UK for less as I'm not sure I can justify nearly £200 including simvibe jus to make my chair shake
Thanks in advance

You didn't need to start another thread for this, you've already asked a similar question.

Also, if you use the search function you will find multiple threads related to this, it's worth having a read through those.
