We did a test race last night at Nurburgring GP/F in the 305BHP, I will upload a video in the next few days. Rod and I had a great battle. his Z4 v my '86.

I hope we get a big grid, the Ring is a big place lol!
I feel this will be a good event for some of you guys as you can tune a car very well.

correct, this was to exclude prototypes and tuners cars.
Normal a google searcg and wiki search can help you out.

If you can make the first race I will arrange the second part at a date we can all make it.

also Date is not set in stone, if a few people want it change then we can do it.

Weather will be part of future events but this first 2 x 2hour event will just be for testing and ironing out any rules so no weather...but will be in the next one

I way say to start testing with weather in mind.

If you would like a DLC paint I can do that for you, just tell me what you require.

For some odd reason it wouldnt let my car on the track so I had to swap to my spare. I do no understand why it done this. I have used the car a few times so I know I havent changed anything?!!??! Hugo also had the same problem..hence the late start.

I dont get many pratice laps in, between Rod and hugo always ringing just as I was on a flying lap...oh well :roll:

the race started fine, Managed to get intot he top 3 and chase Arie and Pepper down, got past Arie and when on to get pepper. I just pushed to hard and made a few mistakes which opened up a gap in the end about 14 seconds, I was closin git back down but made a mistake (a big un) which saw me lose another 3 seconds...it was looking all over now.

Pits stops, I just played it by feel...I couldnt understand why people were running Hards or Mediums for so long...make the most out of the softs!!! Pepper and I did 30 laps or so on our opening set. I guessed Pepper may go Mediums so I went softs again knowing I can run a good pace with them.
again closed the gap massively but mad another big mistake at the end of the lap! (doh!)

I knoew I have lost the race at this point but kept trying to see how much I can close the gap, Lap 60 was time for mediums...Fist time i have driven with these. Took me a while to learn the breaking points. I knew I had one more stop to go and that would be rigth at the end

I had a massive moment on lap 70





did this a few times lol

Happy to finish about 28 seconds behind pepper. final time show more due to handbake turns over the finish line lol

Looked at the lap times, Rod tells me pepper and i were lapping within 0.001 of a second a few times!

thanks all, I think we really need to share pit plans as I think the likes of Richy/tanner seemed to be totally on the wrong tyres.

Lets run this race again, and we will set up targets of when you need to change tyres and what to and see if we can improve on these positions for those who were 3 laps or more down.

I also what to say sorry to Tanner who I hit when I lapped him the first time and also Richy...i did the same. Sorry guys x

4 Hour Enduro base on two, 2 hour races at the Nurburgring 24hr track. The race will be ran in over two nights, 2 hours length each. your total time from both events will be added up to obtain your final postion.

Hey everyone, I have been real busy lately, and we have sort of slipped off a bit with testing for the next enduro which was meant to be this sunday.

I will still be running my room as normal, but as we have not given enough time for people to test, we are going to run a testing night.

The idea is to let us know before Sunday which cars and tracks you would like to run in a monthly enduro, give everyone a chance to buy these cars and get the parts needed, then we all have a go at that car and track combo for a future enduros.

So Sunday is still on, just no 2 hour race, just fun 10 or 12 lappers of future combo's.

To begin, It would be good if everyone could rock up with as many LeMans cars as you can get your hands on, The old and new, prototype, premium and standard.

Also bring a Clio sport fully tuned from the premium dealership. Haven't got the full name now but I believe it is the Renault Sport Clio V6. Will check next time im on if anyone is confused.

Im guessing velly would want us to rock up with as many RUF's as you can get your hands on too hahaha seems keen on them. So let everyone know what cars your keen to run for 2 hours or a split race of an hour each. Thanks guys

just wanted to point out a ruling, cars need to have a production run of 500 cars min.

Unlike the straight-six powered M3 versions, which were outpaced by the Porsche 996 GT3, the racing version of the E46 M3 GTR 16 was very successful in the American Le Mans Series (ALMS), entered by Schnitzer Motorsport.

Private teams (Scheid, Getrag, etc.) also have fit 3,997 cc BMW V8 engines into the E46 body to race on the Nürburgring, winning some VLN races in the last years.

The car is widely known to be potrayed as the main character's car in Need For Speed: Most Wanted and Need For Speed: Carbon games.

Took me a while to work out that a one direction fan isn't some sort of cooling device. (so old and out of the loop kids)
