Yeah I've been in a series with hour long races and I saved a few.

Not in the series but it does look awesome. Just to comment on replay saves yes it records for approx. 13 hours and 2 minutes.

I have several replays from online races saved on my PS3 that are around an hour to an hour and a half long and they are great fun to watch. Switch between racers and it's like you're actually watching a real life race. Good luck with this series :) I might have joined if the times were right.
 
Yeah Sephy no doubt there will be a DQ or a drop out.. so watch this space.. :dopey:

I've been reading the PSN thread . . . looks like the system is hit and miss at the moment. It will be on in one place then shut down again without warning. :grumpy:

Might take a few days before it gets stable, if that's the word for it.

Still down for this but wondering when the season will begin? I'm not available on the
21st of May but will be on the 28th due to exams.
 
Well i just got a message from Stig stating that due to midjetv8 working in sat nights now... the even has been moved to sunday nights at the same time. you guys better tell me if this is all right for you guys as if most of you have to back out because of it. i will tell stig and midjet will have to back out. either way it should be starting this weekend.
 
I'm good with it... I don't work Sunday or Mondays (apart from tonight) so I'm still in..

Bobby you better not back out .. I need some Gold Chrome too

Oh and i have just been informed that full damage and no penalties is going to be on.

i would of thought stig and that would have put that info up in the first place. so its going to make things very interesting.

Might have something to do with Sony sending out 76 million emails lol...

I didn't need to wait for an email... i just tried to log in and it forced password change on me..

From other threads here on GTPlanet 'PSN outage' and such, it looks like if you've made a purchase through the PSN online store that they let you reset your account directly. Probably as they have more personal identity details, or there's some extra data (cookie) saved on your PS3 that helps them verify your identity.

The rest of us have to do it using an Email . . . and those of us with hotmail have to wait . . . it's been more than 38 hours now for me :grumpy:

Others in my situation have tried ringing Sony but they have been told they need to wait for the Email, that it's all a hotmail issue.

So I've just got to wait.

Chester and Benny, you can be added to the reserve list as all positions are full... When a driver pulls out due to a no-show or DQ you could ask one of the mods nicely if you could participate.

I am fine for Sundays as long as it does not coincide with an F1 weekend! :)
I don't miss the Formula 1 for ANYTHING! Well, since Webber started in 2002 anyway :D, used to watch it on and off since about '98.
If races are on F1 weekends and the grand prix starts before we will finish then I'm out... 👎
Unfortunately though, this weekend (22nd) and next (29th) are both F1 weekends so I will not be able to make these, especially the latter... Monaco! :sly:

I Believe its starting next weekend. still have not got confermation that sunday is all good with every one in the champ.

Oh and this is kind of pointless cause the race should end before the f1's begin broadcasting on tv.
