Hello guys, its harrison1476, this is a thread for you guys to talk about ACR, I just got into closed beta about a week ago, haven't really played at all been real busy w/ GT5, but just talk and share you're thoughts guys, I am on right now as I post this, but not sure what its all about.

I got an invite to the closed beta months ago, hated it. Poor wheel support, shoddy graphics, dodgy car selection, clunky web browser game interface.

The Facebook page even had the cheek to show a comparison shot between its version of Spa and GT5's. Just is not comparable.

They improved a lot since then. Wheel feels great now (G25), only thing lacking is braking FFB. Physics appear to be somewhere between simcade and arcade. Car selection is quite good, though you have to play it a lot to get the nicer cars. Track selection is also good. I hate web browser interfaces as much as anyone though, even though this one works quite well (a lot better than what I experienced with BF3). Online play is very stable and smooth.

If anyone is interested, I have a spare beta key. First one to PM can have it.

EDIT: ISR had a first look of the game, they appear to be very impressed by it and place it (at least physics-wise) right up there with GT5 and FM4 (though I will have to give it some more time to see if I agree on that ;)):

I got an invite for closed beta but they banned me because the username "CarBastard" was breaching their policies. I just bought a new laptop and wanted to give it another shot so contacted support and tried to get my account back. They've been very helpful but they haven't been able to solve the issue so I just made a new account now that it's open beta.

I must say I quite like it. Graphics look great and the physics are convicing and exciting. Not too demanding, neither too easy. A bit like GT5 in the sense that it's more on the demanding side than in the easy side. I'll keep an eye on it as it might develop into something interesting.
