I just noticed that when submitting a reply, VB does a certain amount of reformatting to the text.

I just typed an answer in the blurred car thread: "NSX-R", but when I hit reply, it came out with "Nsx-r".

Is there an option to turn this off? I usually make sure my posts are gramatically correct.

So how come it didn't change that one?

NSX-R

EDIT: Or that one

Admit it, you were just Drunken Duncan again, weren't you? :dopey:

vB will lowercase ALL CAPS within thread titles, but as far as I know, not within posts themselves. And even the mods can't override the thread title filter, so, yeah.

NSX-R

See? I've noticed it and it only does that if the first word of the post is written with caps. That doesn't irritate me though.

edit: omigosh :D, it wasn't that way, it only does that if the ONLY word in the post is written in caps

If the post is ALL CAPS, then vB will make it Title Case, as with thread titles.

Had you typed in "Honda NSX-R", you would have got away with it.

You push the boundaries with your brevity!
