Anyone notice this car? It's been catching my eye since I first started playing the game. It's 500,000 cr. and only has 295 hp initially, but it looks so good.

Weighs 1175 kg. I'm wondering what the specs can get up to on this thing with a full tune.



Anyone have this car??? I'm curious!
 
The race version of the car, the Super GT GT300 class ARTA Garaiya is a great racing car. The production car is bit too quirky visually for me to find it appealing. But it is a MR and should be a great driving car.
 
Yeah, I'm talking about the orange racing version in the dealership. I think it's gorgeous, aside from the headlights and hood emblem.
 
Doesn't let you do anymore weight reductions. Only body mod that is available is the one to stiffen up the chassis some more.

The car seems stuck with a top speed of around 300-305kph no matter how its geared fully tuned like this.
Geared for 270kph stock

I own this car too and I love it! It's a high revving MR screamer for sure and gets around corners nicely.

It's already in racing form so weight reduction can't be done on it. The only tuning options available for it are chassis reinforcement, stage 3 engine tuning and stage 2 and/or 3 turbo kits though it comes with customizable (sort of, ya know) transmission, fully customizable suspension, adjustable LSD and titanium racing exhaust pre-installed.

Just did an oil change and getting a fully tuned max of 504hp.

Besides this GT300 car, you may want to consider the Lexus Weds Sport IS350 '08. I don't own it but have raced against a few times and it seems to rock too. I bought the Autobacs over the Lexus because it looks so much better... the Lexus is a 4 door!

I've been eying that Lexus too.

Pretty much the only reason why I bought the Autobacs Garaiya is because it looks so awesome. :dopey:

I have both and they are pretty much the same in terms of specs I maybe a little faster with the ARTA Garaiya

but even fully tunned they arent a mach for a «stock» GT 500

I also have the race version Autobacs ARTA Garaiya (SUPER GT) ‘08
Love to drive this car, looks very nice too. Worth the CR :)

Sadly it has a sound bug, if you add TurboKits the exhaust sound level get's very low. Without the TurboKits it sounds much better..........but about 100 BHP less :(

EDIT: Bug is fixed in version 1.05.
