Pretty sure that's a typo...

A good driver with an unballasted HSV (the best car at Suzuka) can pull 53s, maybe high 52s...

I had spent from 8 till 5 setting up the car I got to consistently Lap and the spent an a few hours pushing the car
The lap before I hit the grass on the exit and span and came off at 130r on warm up lap I was surprised I thought I was going to get a 54 but I must have made time up In the last sector and a bit in the first

Ill be on probably an hour before the race to get some practice in, i havent tried the mediums and i havent ran more than 2 laps on the soft .

Im thinking a 3 stopper but a 2 might have a chance .
 
Im afraid im gonna have to pull out. Something came up. Was really looking forward to this series. :grumpy: I may be able to make the odd race so you can put me on the reserve list for now.

I did consider, but I can't have a fully broken in car in time for tonight's race...

The Lexus doesn't really have a teammate either. But the takata has a ton of points in teams championship from when I drove it.

Having not driven the Lexus in a race (just for reg setting) I can't say how they compare so I can't advise you either way
 
Well hopefully 1 of you guys can go, that would put us at 1 team more. With Sinlander joining the grid there could be 1 more team formulation too.

If I were to change to the GTR it would only be after this race, and given the rules state that I have to keep the car I'm driving on round 4, guess I'll be sticking with the Lexus...
 
I dont mind sticking it out alone so im happy either way

In exceptional circumstances where a driver is well off the pace we may permit a move to a faster car.

I had a hospital visit yesterday. I was there for almost 4 hours. Had to goto the ER. They told me I had walking pneumonia. So Ill try my best to race today, but if I don't make it you know why.
