From what i heard/noticed, a lot of people seemed to like the Silvia, and the GT-R (which is literally 99% factory standard apart from the stereo, the original one is at the owners house). Of course, anyone who doesn't like a GT-R needs their head read. ;)

Lot of people looked at my car too, and the Charity Cruise event flyers that i'm organising for the second year (www.southernskylines.com/charitycruise.htm)

Will try get pics up of other cars at the show soon. :)

Is it just my phone or is only the first picture in every bunch clear and the rest blurry?

Regardless, that GTR is absolutely beautiful, very clean and unmolested. Although there are some tastefully modified GTRs around, it's nice to see one kept original.

The same can't be said for that Cefiro though. That thing is bloody hideous. Your car is looking nice and clean however. 👍

Edit: Also, I don't really see what people saw in that Silvia. Rather tacky in my opinion. Good on you for taking the time to set up a display bud, overall looks good.

Should all be clear. Ish. :)

Yep, he searched for ages to try find a stock GT-R and its literally completely standard. He has an aftermarket stereo in it at the moment, but the original one is at his place. And, like me when i get one, he plans to keep it factory. :)

The Silvia is quite nice compared to some going around. ;)

You really have to see the Cefiro in person, and meet the owner. If you still didn't like it then you may at least understand why it looks how it looks. Fact of the matter is, he likes green. ;)

He says it is controversial, and a lot of people don't like it but thats okay. If he likes it (which he does, and i don't mind it either), then thats all that matters. :)
Theres far too many gunmetal Cefiros going around these days, so its definitely different. Pictures don't really do it justice though.

I woulda thought the R32.4 (R32 back & side, and R34 front) in the background would be disliked more, cos of the colours. ;)

Oh man fair enough I totally agree about that - his car his choices. I just don't like the look of it at all - it's not just the paint it's the kit and wing too :)

I guess I just have different tastes too, for instance I don't like modifications that stick out or don't match. I like subtle. Sure the paint on the Silvia looked prettly flawless (love the colour too) but it's the little things like the eye lids that don't match the bonnet, the tail lights (don't like that style, the centre section especially, in my opinion standard lights look better than after market lights 99.9% of the time) and the big chrome centre sections on the wheels. It just doesn't flow. For me.

That's one of the best things about being able to modify cars though, not everyone has the same tastes!

Ah okay, i thought it was just the colour. :)

But yeah, complete opposite to you - i actually like the bodykit and its one of the tidiest Cef's i've seen in person (bodykit is moulded to the body of the car).

Usually if a car has 'Altezza' lights at the back i only like them if they aren't chrome looking (black looks a lot better), but even then they can still look a bit tacky.
