How do I edit my pictures down to 110x110 or 90x90?

Your avatar need to be 100 by 100 because you aren't a premium member, but in photoshop you just adjust the image size. It is in the image menu, I believe. Don't adjust the canvas size, it will clip your picture.

You guys can send me the pics (or give me a link to it) you'd like to use as avatars, and I'll edit them for you. But you have to tell me how big they may be in size and filesize, because I'm not "old" enough to have an avatar of my own and therefor can't see how big it can be.

So send me where to get the desired picture and tell me something like:
"It can be 110x110 and 20kB in filesize" or whatever, but you must tell me, otherwise I can't edit it properly.

I modified the avatar's above. The images are now both the correct pixel count and they are under 20 Kilobytes. You can either copy the website address by right clicking and properties or you can right click on the picture and save it as your avatar. -
