Avatar Help!

I dont understand if gif's work or not. I have been looking for a gif animation for nearly and hour now. I found a temporary one in my files and it meets the reqs...but it doesnt work. I would also like it if anyone could find a decent gif for me.

I dont know why i want a gif...but it beats a normal picture. I suppose they look good.

EDIT:Sorry if this is the wrong forum. If it is it would be nice if a mod moved it to the appropriate forum.

He says he wants a gif avatar, because they're better than a regular picture. And if I understand correctly the whole point of gifs is that they're supposed have movement.

All the gifs i found were rubbish...so i just stuck to a normal picture that at least looks half decent. To me anyway. The whole reason i changed it was because i hadn't changed it since christmas...therefore i had a car with a santa hat on it.

I actually got a good gif apart from the fact it was 70k =/.

this should've been posted under the digital art help sub forum as many of us can help you like myself i made many gif avatars for gtp and some for several users.
