Ok, I should be shot, I haven't read the FAQ in here and I'm asking a question that is most likely in there, but here I go.... So an avatar is the little picture thing that's on the left side of the page, kinda like your own picture signature? If this is correct, can one make their own? (I get really confused when I get to know somebody by theirs, but then see the same one next to somebody elses posts) How does one go about making their own, and including it in their posts? I know, I should be shot but.... ;)

Mason-the avatar is the thing under my name, and is always there. You can my your own, all you have to do is find a pic you like, cut it down to 75x75 pixels(board limit), and put it on the web somewhere.

Or you could just ask Loud, Rice, or Paco or anyone else that makes avatars for other people, and they can make the best around. Loud made mine, and he even made another one I use to have.
 
Mason, take a look at this thread and this thread for folks who will make an avatar for you, or you can make one yourself using some kind of image editing program (Paint, Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.). Then, all you have to do is upload your avatar to the site by clicking on "My GTPlanet", "Edit Options", and then scroll down to the bottom of the page.
