Why would you tell him to Cease and desist and then use your own ass pic as your avatar.
 
The ass pic is freely available on the internet. Her complaint - as evidenced by her mentioning of "libel" - was not that he was stealing images, but that he purported that she was his girlfriend and mentioned several bedroom antics they got up to. None of this ever happened - thus it is untrue, and in print, therefore libel.

Tiffany Teen is a... relatively well-known porn site, so whilst it's surprising no-one picked it up sooner (not that I would have, mind... *whistles*) there is a clear association between the girl and some events she never partook in because they didn't happen.
