I looked this up on the web and i uderstand it, but i dont know how to tune it, my lancer is 500pp 399hp 1350kg

The higher the number, the more oversteer you got. (Well, it will never oversteer, just reduce understeer).
But a high value also causes that the car begins to wobble on the straight
