This guy has to be the worst driver I have ever seen. I'm trying to finish the level six miata race. I bought him a 07 MX5 because he went to last place with my 91 miata. Well he goes to last place the in newer car too. So maybe some mods? Sure go from 150hp to 220 and he gets up to third. He spins out like every corner on Tskuba. He takes turns so slow and hen jut punches it out of the turn. What is up with this? I don't just mash the pace up button either...when I do that or overtake, he just slides every corner and tries to correct it straight into the grass. Any help or reason why, or do they really just suck that bad?

Gets a bit better in higher levels... sometimes. I really hope PD didn't model bob after how they thought we played at those levels!

Haha thanks for the laugh. All so true. Well he just spun out again and I didn't tell him to pace up or anything. Jeeze this is horrible.

buy the best tires the series allows and an adjustable suspension. if Bob is on comfort tires he won't do so well even with 160 hp.

Any failure on the B-Spec driver's part falls squarely on the shoulders of the director, ie. you.

It helps to pick a quality driver with a good mix of aggression and strength. More times than you would like, you will have to monitor him to make sure he doesn't over drive his car (Pace Down!), and that is if you prepared him with a car that can match or beat the performance of the other AI drivers (Overtake!). Once he gets ahead, and if he isn't in an overpowered car, you need to make sure he doesn't slack off (Pace Up!) or he might lose his lead.

Typically, if he's 100% into the red, Pace Down! If he's a happy medium, but on the tail of the car in front and not doing much, Overtake! If he's deep into the blue, Pace Up! Unless your driver is in an FGT or X1, try keeping him driving at around 75% red, as it will result in less headaches for you.

Yeah the miata race only allows comfort soft. But, he just won. After about 20 tries.

I've never gotten so frustrated with a game until I started playing B-Spec. I mean I have souped up ACR and we were on the Daytona track and he was CLEARLY the fastest car on the straights and in the curves, but he would pull up behind someone within about 10 car lengths and I'd tell him to "pass" and he would accelerate into the back end of the car in front of him! I about threw my control at the TV. But finally he got the picture of what "pass" actually means!

Seriusly whats wrong with your Bobs? ive never had any big problem with mine. give him a good (superior 💡 ) car, and he will win easily.. :dopey:

my fella was the same, started him off in mx5 and couldn keep it on the road, but he is up to lvl 24 now and really good driver, just keep him at it.try to get him 4 wheel drive when possible at the start.what i did.

I just wasted 22 minutes of my life with Bob in the German Touring Car Championship. The Nurb short track. 13 laps. He was in front the entire time until the final corner where he just gave up on life and let the M3 pass him. 2nd place. 22 minutes down the drain.

It's crap like this that makes me want to throw this game into the street and set it on fire and urinate on it. I can't stand this anymore.
