How much can be accumulated before retrieving prizes from a B-Spec driver? Is there a limit?

No limit, but if you redeem more than 20,000,000 then you will lose some as you can only have 20,000,000.

Actually, since the multiplier effect was added, any more than 10 million from your bob is pointless if you have the 200% multiplier (5 days in a row). The multiplier applies when you collect from the driver / take offline, not when they raced, and the 20 million cr limit still applies.
