B-spec driver increase when in server standby?

After running several races remotely I started noticing my driver levels do not increase. Does that only happen when you back out of standby mode?

Web site only updates IF it wants to, F5 does not rule PD's site or its server.
So Refreshing the site via F5 is currently a waste of time.

Driver skills and levels only update when you cash in Prizes.

Friends list data is only updated buy log out and then log in for example.

Thanks for clarifying that. So it seems my driver will always be racing at 0 until I cash in my prizes on my console. Hmm...

Correct he will be crap and sit at level 0 until you cash in my friend left his b-spec bob at level 0 until he had 20 million then cashed it in that was before the % bonus came into effect though so if you want to leave him at level 0 dont go over 10million if you have 200% bonus.
