B-Spec Driver Quits By Himself ?

Okay I just heard that the B-Spec drivers have a "Career Bar".

Once enough XP is won and the bar filled, the driver retires.

Anyone know about this? The game manual is rubbish.

They don't retire, they just start losing skills instead of gaining them. You can then retire them if you don't want to keep them.

So we spend all this time training up driver to not wreck our expensive cars and win races, and he eventually devolves back to a bloody idiot that can't keep the car on the road?

Maybe if he'd stop running into walls then he wouldn't get these concussions that cause him to eventually forget how to drive.

Why is it that one of my b-spec drivers has raced like 100 times but has the same amount of experience as another of my b-spec drivers that has only raced like 14 times?

HA the printed manual is a joke. They should have just saved the paper and put it all in the "in-game" menu.
