B-spec driver wants to lose races

I don't get it, my b-spec driver is always in the lead for the last few laps, pits like normal to change tires and refuel, then he goes and pits again for the next few laps (for no reason at all, fuel is fine, tires are fine, he just changed them?) until he loses? All my b-spec races have ended up with him at 8th place from 1st. And when i do cancel his stupid pitting, He almost always slows down at the last lap before the finish line as if he IS pitting, letting the 2nd place driver pass the finish line. WTF?

Most likely, his mental strength bar is depleted. Try using a stronger driver.
 
What level is your B Spec driver? And how long is the race? What car is he in?
 
Probably because he has low mental strength and/or his personality is ice c0ld.
 
he had pretty low strength, but his mental strength was full. It is in the formula championship races, driving the Formula GT. His level is 38. it had about 27 laps or something. He also had on race:soft tires. Still in the championship so i'll post here the full details.

also, the pit strategy is set to off, so i dont think his low strength had anything to do with it.

Hm so i changed the tires to race: hard and he doesn't seem to randomly pit at the end of the race anymore.

What color arrow is beside your driver's name at the moment when you look at the driver's list(Blue--upward, Green--level to the right, or Orange--downward)?
 
Ok i figured out what happened, he pitted the first time to change tires, than pitted a second time to refuel. On the second race, I canceled the pit, and he slowed down by the finish line because he ran out of fuel lol.
