B-Spec Drivers Can't Drive

I've entered races that i could have destroyed the comp. (cleanly) but my b spec seems to just wanna slam on the brakes necessarily and lost races even finish in last which he could have won. it really gets annoying. i know he's driving more "realistically," no one would realistically drive that way. Daytona is a perfect example of this, my drive will slam the brakes going into 1 & 3 and lose all position gained and even the draft sometimes.:ouch::grumpy::confused:
 
I got so peeved at my Bob when i Put him in the RM ZR1 on Indy and and he would pull out a lead in the straights then slam on his brake before the turns and lose all the lead he had built up, then to top it all off he let himself get passed in the middle of the last lap and couldn't catch up, wasted 30 - 40 minutes of my life the stupid A-Hole

I like my Bob. He ran away from the field in the K car race at Suzuka East in a stock Cappuccino when he was a total newby.
 
Because there Newbes. green guys who just got there racing license.
They also hate cheapo managers Who buy cheap cars when they have 12 Million credits in the race fund.
BUY/ borrow the correct car and they will walk it. ( excluding FGT and NASCAR sprint and unmodifiyed truck races were Leveling up the driver beyond level number is Required. )
Its still stupidly easy to win.
Take a pill for your OCD (the medical condition not the car dealership) and skip the event. untill you own the correct car.

if i can win in any car on any difficulty cleanly and my driver can't...think its my driver....which is why we're here and u just made no sense
 
Its still your management skills.
I managed to get gold on ALL events as have many others, with zero problems so its not the drivers they can win.
 
if it was the management skills of everyone then we wouldn't be here talking about why they're dumb we'd be talking about how to make our management skills better
 
Proper grammar saves lives and helps eliminate awkward situations: Without a comma, "Let's eat, Grandpa!" would be "Let's eat Grandpa." Without capitalization, "I helped my uncle Jack off a horse" would be "I helped my uncle jack off a horse."
proper grammar would be "I helped my uncle Jack off of a horse." so technically the cap. typo wouldn't make a difference if the sentence was said correctly in the first place.....sorry i have nothing better to do right now lol

Wrong car = needed Ford GT Testcar II for american championship or Le mans prototype for like the wind. = Easy win

I made a mistake one day.
I gave my driver my best GT-R R35, fully modified for my hands.....
He just did not drove even one lap!!!!

It is easy, but we need to take right steps.
Begin with car, doesn't matter how powerfull it is, with everything normal. Don't change a thing.
He will drive it and it is possible he will win.
Remember: take a car out of the showroom, don't change anything and get him started......

Clearly. It also wouldn't be nearly as funny. However, many circles feel that the "of" isn't entirely necessary. These are the same circles that defend the use of the word "But" (capitalized in accordance to the following) at the beginning of a sentence. Not widely accepted, but accepted nonetheless.

I used the RM ZR1 as well, albeit with a proper tune, and golded both with ease despite having just obtained the B-Spec level required for the event.
