B spec drivers not gaining experience

Yes. They aren't shared and are gaining experience/career progress as the other drivers do offline races. Completely normal.

Each driver's experience bar increases by 1/500th for every offline race that takes place while they are in your team - they don't even have to drive in the race as they ALL gain that experience. The type of race, length of race, sort of car they use is all irrelevant. All that matters is the race.

1/500th is a tiny amount - 0.2% - and barely visible. You'll notice it better after 50 or so races (or 10%).

Remote races do not count.

@Famine, the problem that I want to solve and understand, how is this possible? Someone's get the trophy in 358 races, someone in 578? And if they neverdid remote race? what depends on about 500 b-spec day?

The individual driver who gets the trophy doesn't need to do the races. It's all races that occur offline while the driver is offline, 500 of them for the trophy.

Wait a minute don't understand the point. Total race number of the team or individual driver's race number counts? If the team's race number counts why I still havent the trophy? Because total race number is over 500 of my drivers. The oldest driver is near 500 at the moment as you see in the picture upside of messages. Here is my friend's chart, he got the trophy in 352 races not 500....

They have to all be offline races. Remote races are included in the wins/race total at the bottom, but do not count for Experience/Career bar progress.

No, he didn't. One of his drivers is showing 352 races complete, but it's not about how many races one driver has done.

Every offline race that occurs gives one race's worth of progress to your Experience/Career bars for all of your B-Spec drivers who are not currently shared. 500 races' worth of progress needs to occur while any one of your drivers is not shared.

Quick clarification. Do A-spec races advance bob's Experience when he's offline? What about seasonals?

Ok so I got the fact you need 500 races offline to get trophy, but, I don't get how to un-share drivers? Also how do I know if theyare set to only e or not? I've done about 300 ish races now all on b spec offline and my career bar isn't halfway full yet. Am I missing a simple point here or is it a case of finishing 500 races ANY CAR / ANY TRACK? Cheers guys and girls

When you look at your profile in game main menu. If you dont see your drivers there, that means you don't share your drivers. You mustn't do remote races or that won't be counted. The way is simple. Take your b-spec driver. Do lots of races in sunday cup offline. The car and track doesn't matter. If you want to race in indy500 track you can do. People advice sunday cup because it is short and not waste of time when you compare other tracks. Thats all. When your b-spec driver reaches 500 races (b-spec day) you will get your trophy.

You just need time to race much. Boring I know.

If your drivers have never been shared, they aren't shared. You have to manually share them and if you've never done that, there's no problem.

To share/unshare drivers:
*In GTLife, X on the helmet icon
*This brings up your B-Spec team. X on any driver
*If the driver is unshared, there will be three options - Share With Friends, Retire Driver and Cancel. Retire Driver removes him from your team, Share With Friends shares him, Cancel returns you to the B-Spec team screen
*If the driver is shared, there will be three options - Share With Friends, Receive Prizes and Cancel. Receive Prizes retrieves his results and prizes from the server, giving you his prize money and XP, Share With Friends cancels his online status and gives you his prizes. Cancel returns you to the B-Spec team screen
*A further visual indicator is the presence of a prize money fund (starting at 0cr) at the bottom of a shared driver's pane and a small, blue network/world icon in the top right of his pane.

Cheers for explaining all the information regarding the trophy and un-sharing. Really appreciate it. Will knuckle down and win that trophy now.

Just to post an update I've finally got the air of experience trophy about a week ago. I took alot of boring time and effort pressing x,x,x, right arrow and x. Lol cheers Matt
