B spec / entering only 1 or 2 bobs when you can enter 4

Nope, my guess right now based on what I've seen is that the XP is multiplied up for the bobs to share, while you get the standard amount. I'm basing this on the fact that while I was doing races where only one bob could enter, my b-spec lvl and my bob's lvl were in sync. As soon as I started races where more than one bob could enter, but I was still entering just the one bob, he started lvl'ing quicker than I did. Then when I started entering two bobs, he appeared to lvl at the same speed as me again. And now that I'm entering just 1 bob in the enduro's, he is lvling much quicker than me again. All of this is purely based on rough guestimations however.
 
One of my Bobs (he's lvl 35) is just about to complete his 2nd Tsukuba 9h race on the bounce... 18 hours of driving without a break. His fastest lap was 42s, he runs 45s laps if he gets a lap without traffic (rare at Tsukuba), he's not falling off the track and has a 126 lap lead in the FGT with 17 minutes left.

Of course he has zero strength on both bars, but this doesn't seem to be effecting his driving.
