I'm not sure if this has been said before, but in the last 3rd of the lap completion bar, it shows that the lap is finished even before your car reaches the straight in the Nurburgring 24hours.
You should be able to click on the arrows on both sides of the completion bar, it shows more sectors. This was said to be fixed after V1.06, but I haven't tried on the Ring.
