B-Spec, leveling Bob's

As far as I understand that there is a pool of XP's for Bob's from some other post for doing endurance races. With regards to multiple Bob's, do they receive XP equally or nominally from that pool or based on the time they drive. IE:
Pool 100 XPs
A. Bob1 gets 25 XP, Bob2 gets 25 XP, Bob3 get 25 XP, Bob 4 gets 25XP.
(Everyone gets equal share of 100)
B. Bob1 gets 100 XP, Bob2 gets 100 XP, Bob3 get 100 XP, Bob 4 gets 100XP.
(Everyone gets 100)

C. Bob1 gets 22 XP, Bob2 gets 28 XP, Bob3 get 21 XP, Bob 4 gets 29XP.
(Everyone gets based on track time)

Does that make sense?
 
Bobs are awarded EXP based on track time.

1st place in an enduro gives 100exp, and race has 4 bobs max. You will earn 100exp max for a win, but it is multipled by 4 for the bobs to share. So if you enter just 1 bob, he will get 400exp. If you enter 4 bobs, then if they all do the same number of laps they will earn 100exp each.
