Ok so my Bob is at Level 22

Decided to Enter him in the Schwarzwald League B and you have to Pick 2 B-Spec Drivers...........!!!

Oh no all my Other Drivers are Level 3 :nervous:

So with great fear thinking Bob 1 will do fine but Bob 2 with his level 3 Skills is likley to Total the Car on the Exit from the Pits I picked the Drivers and off we go

5 Laps in and my Bob 1 (22 level) is allready getting Tired...??? hmmmmm methinks PD is playing a fast one here , he's never tired after only 5 Laps .

So in Pits Bob 1 (22 Level) and out goes Bob 2 (3 Level) needless to say I did try and warn the Crowd about his Driving and have the Fire and Ambulance Trucks on Standby

So he's Driving Ok (suprisingly) but within 3 Laps his Physical Strength and Mental Strength is almost Depleted to nothing :scared:

Re Pit Bob 2 and Bob 1 Takes Over theres still 12 laps to go and I notice his Strength and Physical Meters are at the Same Level he Pitted with ( i:e Lower ) So I have to Babysit him for the 12 laps in case he gets overtired and crashes , which again isn't the Normal thing to do .

Eventually the Race is Over I used the BMW M3 GTR Race Car and the 2 Bobs Lapped everyone up too 4th Place so not a Bad Reasult .

Better yet Bob 1 got his usual Pittance of XP but Bob 2 went from Level 3 to 6 :D

So i've re-run the Race now oh at least twice more and each time Bob 2 has levelled up at least two Places he can also drive more laps and not get so Tired .

I think i'll carry on doing this for a while longer becaue when Bob 1 gets to Level 25 the Endurance Races are where Bob an Bob an maybe another Bob are going to be Needed .

This sure as hell beats Nursing each New Bob though the Beginners Leauge up to this Level through each Race Series to level them up and you only Wear out One Car

UPDATE :

3rd Re-Run of the Same Race Bob 2 is Now Level 11

He can do 10 Laps without any Babysitting and Bob 1 Level 22 no longer gets so Tired as he has less laps to do , so when he leaves the Pits for his second stint his Physical and Mental Meters are almost Full again

In case your wondering I Pit Bob 1 at Lap 5 use Bob 2 for 10 Laps he still has the Lead when he Pits and hands over to Bob 1 , this is just in case of any mishaps I figure Bob 1 in 5 Laps can catch and Pass anyone in the field due to his better Car . Plus it doesn't hurt to have fresher Tyres 👍

Sounds great. I was dreading having to level a driver up through the beginner races. I'm glad I can just let a new driver out for a couple laps and have him gain several levels.

Make sure the New Driver is at least Level 3 , it'd be Pointless sending him out for 1 lap

My Level 3 Bob went to 6 then 8 then 11 in 3 Races 👍

great tip I was worried about that in the near future. My bobs are playing right now.. I just rotate them.

I always threw my low level ones into big races, they've not disapointed yet. They gain like 5 levels at the start too, which is great.

I put a level 0 bob in my Zonda R at circuit de la Sarthe. He crapped his pants but still won, and jumped to level 4.

I leveled my Bobs doing the level 12 Indy race, jump put them in my 787b and let them go for it, got my main and 4 others level 10+, didn't take long either as i was just grinding out the level anyway.

The realy best way to level up your bobs is the first endurance race. 4 drivers are recommended but you can do it also with only 1.

When i started I used my lvl 21 bob#1 and my lvl 10 bob#2. When i saw i need 4 drivers I made 2 new ones. I have to say the AI cars are really slow on this endurance race and ending up 7-10 rounds infront of the AI is not special there.

So here we go with 1 lvl 21 driver, 1 lvl 10 driver and 2 lvl 0 drivers.
I started with the lvl 21 driver in order to gain some distance for future mistakes of the lvl 0 drivers and by the time he was tired I was leading by a margin of 2 rounds. I thought a lvl 21 driver even if his physical and mental strenght is 0 drivers way better than a lvl 0 driver so i just kept him in the race until his tires were worn out. The same procedure with the lvl 10 driver. And then came the first lvl 0 bob. I was surprised by his skill (no really he was driving quite good). His lap times were slower than of my experienced ones, but i was just expecting that. And if you keep him cool all the time he's doing nearly no mistakes.

After the race my lvl 21 went up to 22 (nearly 23), my lvl 10 got up to 15 and guess what. my 2 lvl 0 went up to 12 !!!!!!

The race lasts for about 2 hours and by now my drivers are 26/24/22/22. that's pretty cool for just 6 hours of racing, isn't it?

I'll remember that.

Leveling is easy at higher levels and you do not need to pit more than once in the 2 driver races. Try to get 1/2 way or better with your strongest driver and then let him pit and you should win them with ease.

I entered a new driver into the Grand Valley Enduro race as one of the 4 drivers he went from level 0 to 16 I think in his first race. Now he has like 25 races and is level 26 or 27. my first driver is level 28 and all 6 are level 26 or higher.

any Bob lvl 1 can win with Pagani Zonda Polyphony Digital Cup. Its like few levels each race. Thats how i got today 3 Bob lvl1 to lvl 15 :)

I just put a lvl 0 driver in the Suzuka 1000km, upon winning he jumped straight to lvl 23!!!

You do know that you can use just one driver instead of 4 and that driver gets all the XP points.

I throw new Level 0 Bobs into the 9-hour Tsukuba race. Take two L37-38 Bobs, pair them with a couple L0 Jabronis, and they'll finish at around a Level 22. :)

What is the point of having multiple high level bobs?
Is the only benefit in races where multiple bobs are needed and it would obviously be better to have multiple talented bobs?

Pretty much. Apparently, once your Bob hits L40, he takes a DRASTIC downward turn in his abilities, and starts to drive like a Level 0 Bob. So at that point, it might be helpful to have a backup Bob (although once you've hit L40, I don't know what on Earth you'd need any Bobs for).

I retired ALL drivers and I game all my LVL0 Bobs my Carbon X1 <3

level 0 to level 23 :) on the Laguna Seca Endurance.

only using 1driver. Even if their strength is depleted they still do rather well.
