I have started to do the b spec, just in it for the money. I am at Lvl 20 and have some awesome cars. I have noticed that I can simply out class / car the race. For example I can select the Ford GT with 600 plus HP in a race where most cars are 200 hp. Is everyone doing this, it just seems like silly easy cash

i am now doing whit my Mazda Furai GT championship. its a easy win but still give you good balance HP -> IA HP -> EXP-points

I tried giving my B-Spec driver a highly overpowered car to begin with, but he cannot control it, so ended up losing anyway. Slightly more horsepower, combined with good direction meant easy gold to begin with.

For the record, I was ended up using an FT-86 Concept that I had won from somewhere and he seemed very comfortable in it and will use it as long as it's viable for the races.

I give him a competitive car, usually not even the most HP of the expected car. Since I enjoy the mode, it's more about raising the racer and less about having the get gold. I do get golds, and wins but I don't care if I do it first time or takes a while.

I try to give him a sure win, he's fairly good at messing that up though. I'm only doing B-Spec for cash and cars, PD really could have done more to make it more interesting.

I'm patient with Kusmaonen so I give him a competitive car to see how he performs in traffic. He usually gets on my nerves because he's a bit slow but he managed to take 8 wins out of 32 races

I let him use my C63 (stock) for the first time in his career and he drove it very well and did some drifting in the corners :D and he won of course

I tend to give him a bit of an edge, nothing stupid though. It gets harder later on since the AI are all driving rockets on wheels too. So if you haven't been training him properly and don't know how to effectively command him to win a race... good luck.

Yes I give him a sure win with a lot of hp like in a 6 lap Daytona race I gave him a 1256hp Veyron.

But the problem is I still haven't past 7th place
:,(

My driver is great now ,he lapped everyone in the Formula GT races ,although he had slightly better tyres.

I give my drivers a little edge over the field but they are capable at winning with an equal car . I entered a level 2 driver into a 6 lap race at Daytona in the Veyron , he finished last but got a lot of exp , he then won his next race at Laguna Seca in a 500+bhp Shelby 427 and the following 2 lap race at Nordschleife , i like to think the Veyron exp made him a more capable driver 👍

I give him a competitive car until I get annoyed and find myself cussing at him then give him something with 3-4 times the power to weight ratio of the competitors if possible. I make a better virtual race car driver than I do a coach. It has gotten much better as he gets experience, though.

does it matter the car you use, meaning one with 100+ more hp over the rest when it comes to XP?

oh, btw, one of the races is bugged, i believe it was the compact car one, it let me run my shelby gt350r and my skyline v-spec 2 nur

the first time i entered with my shelby i expected it to say no, and then i would click garage and choose from the filtered selection, but it let me right in.

he couldnt drive it without crashing (and he actually did visual damage to the car with so many crashes).
I did it again with the skyline to see if it considered the mustang a compact, but it didnt seem to care...btw my driver handles my skyline like a champ

I like to give the guy a nice fully dressed mini, with soft race tires. I also set the gears for max acceleration as he is a big corner bumper. He needs to take grade 8 math again and learn the meaning of radiant and centrifugal force. He always enters a corner right down the middle of the track, full out speed. I also like to give him the ford gt fully dressed and on soft race tires. This is one of the fastest cars with the best / easiest handling.

I usually try to give both my drivers an edge over the field so I don't have to look after them and can do other stuff while they're racing.
So far, both of them won every race they entered, even if their car was only slightly superior. for example, I added like 20BHP to my DOME-ZERO and both of them easily won against the other AI DOME-ZERO.

Anyways, both of my drivers are now at level 10 and won 37 out of 37 and 38 out of 38 races respectively. And they do fairly well in just about everything I hand to them for the race.
I don't even have to watch anymore, just gather the money and cars every 15 minutes or so 👍

I give them an edge so I don't have to be watching them, there have been some problems here and there but they're getting money for me while I do some other things (my driver is racing right now) the bad thing is when he crashes my car and does damage to it, my Italia isn't as pretty as its supposed to be.
