Bad neighbors

Here we go again. Its 12AM and my neighbor for almost 30 years let their dogs bark all night, again. Tomorrow morning I will be wake up to the sound of they're loud music, again. Dogs come and go. Some people leave. Talks and fights with us and other annoyed neighbors passed. Still, they don't care. What to do with this kind of people? Do you have bad neighbors?

If I can double "like" that I will. 👍 I've tried that but I played Grindcore For 3hours at full blast to their direction because they woke me up to the sound of loud dance music. Within 5 minutes they turn off their radio. But I keep playing mine.

It's this, all you can do. Eventually the police become as sick of it as you do, then things start to happen.

The exact rules/procedures from there will depend on the country you're in but the principle in most places is pretty much the same, I should think.
 
Things are very different here in the Philippines. If you really are pissed about your neighbor or anything in your hood. First, go and talk to whoever that person of your concern is. If not resolved, report the problem to the town committee then if not resolved you can report it to the higher ups, the police. Though the police here miiiiiiightt juuustt....shrug it off.(Third World Country cough) Regardless of what you do, that will be treated as insult by people here, even just asking to lower the volume of their music. Even if we have in-fighting here with other neighbors. Severing ties with them by reporting (insulting) them will be a bigger problem than loud music and their dogs.
 
Oh, you live in the Philippines. I guess you could cook some stinky fish or slaughter a pig on their doorstep.

Those stinky fish that you're saying smells wonderful here. Oh they occasionally slaughter pigs on the side of our bed rooms and they do that in the morning. Animals are slaughtered here almost always in the morning. They bred pigs here. Houses here are very close to each other. Some even share walls. That's why they're annoying. But what am I complaining? Its almost 30 years now L:lol:L

Are fireworks legal in the Philippines? Set off a few of them when they are sleeping, that will annoy both them and their dogs.

Yes they annoy us every so often but not that "often". Though legal I can't do that to them. :lol:
 
All my neighbors are jerks. One neighbor who I don't know, have never met, or even made eye contact with, will wait in the morning to pull out of his driveway until he sees me coming, then at the very last second he'll floor it and rush out in front of me, almost causing an accident. This happens at least four or five times a week, and he does it to other people too. Anymore i just go around him, which seems to piss him off. The people next to him let their kids and dogs run wild, all of which have run right in front of me while driving. I confronted them about the fact that at least once a month I almost accidentally kill their kids or pets, and they freaked out, yelling and screaming at me. All my other neighbors are "special" like that too. I honestly think something is in the water, because they're all tragically stupid or bewilderingly crazy. So yeah man, I understand what you're dealing with!

Wow. People got issues. The worst I've ever have to deal with (and still do today) is the neighbour seemingly never cutting the small stretch of grass that lies between our driveways. That's it. :lol:

In the new house I'm in, there's only one neighbour on one side and an empty house on the other. Across the street it's alright, there's one only house in particular that have their children outside almost all day, but it doesn't bother me because they're barely audible.
Oh, and there's also this one dog that keeps bark whenever something passes by. :grumpy:

The new house, although much smaller, is an improvement over the old townhouse, which was cramped between other houses, where you could hear music being played at high volumes on one side, and sometimes fighting on the other side.

Glad we moved. :p
 
Hm, I don't really have any bad neighbors, although the guy next door mows his lawn constantly and it bothers our dogs.

I will refuse to go and get the mail (Our mailbox is across the street) if the creepy old guy is outside of his house though. I'm sure he's not a pedophile, he just wants me to go into his garage and see his skate ramp. Yeah, that's it.

I'm actually not sure that he isn't. Very weird guy, there was a point a few years ago where people were always over, then they suddenly stopped coming over. There's another weird guy in the area but I'm not sure I've got the story straight on him...
