Bad Question but please help

Ive noticed a lot of people uploading pictures
Now, i want to do that to, but how? Do i just save a pic and upload it on my USB?

Go to the picture in GT5, then choose the option export to XMB which puts the pic in your PS3 menu.
Plug a USB stick in your PS3, go to your image, triangle and choose copy to USB.
