Banned member harassment

Is there anything we (or I) can do about being harassed by members that were banned, and they thought it was because of something I did? I know I can report and block them on PSN, but wanted to know if there's something the moderators can do here.

Got home to find messages from a recently banned member with some choice words. Not the first time it's happened.
 
I thought banned members couldn't send messages? Is it a from a different account? If so, the mods can block the whole IP address so none of the accounts he makes on it will work. But still, this situation is best sorted out through a PM to a moderator rather than putting it in a public thread.
 
The mods could limit the member's abilities once the suspension expires, or disable communications to connected reporters for an additional length of time. But may I ask, is this happening after said member was banned?
 
There's nothing we can do about what someone does on PSN. Just block and report the user for abuse to Sony.

I believe he's trying to say he got a PM from the guy on GTPlanet.

Members cannot send or post messages here of any kind after they've been banned. If a banned user creates another account and harasses you, just report them as normal and we'll ban them again.
 
No, it was PSN messages. I just blocked him, although it's not giving me the option of reporting it. People like this just need to grow up and get a life.

As stated before, there's nothing you can do about it. The AUP only covers www.gtplanet.net. Just put 'em on your Block List.
 
I just figured out why it won't let me report from PSN. Apparently there's a new firmware update I have yet to download.

Yes but from what I know you can only report them if they aren't on your friends list, and I doubt they are anyways LOL.
 
Well that sucks R1600. The best you can do is just report him on psn and if you see him on gtp again. I hope not.
