Woohoo!! were almost there... If you guys dont mind I'm going to add you on my list for future games of BF:1943 and maybe even Bad Company 2 in a few months ;)

Can't wait for Battlefield: Bad Company 2... i just hope they can incorporate private lobbies. I dont like the random matching :( like we do now...

We used this site when we were setting up times for MCLA. It helps everyone from different time zones know exactly what time we will be playing online. (This is based from GMT time and can be setup in the site and new link posted when we select actual time/date of our private match).

Since we are spread out around the world, (I Currently live in LA) having one fixed time will not suit everyone. So basically we need more than one host. If anyone wants to be host, pm me and we can discuss particulars

Actually, to get rid of all the hassle, ill just host 2 matches to cater different time zones. Most likely Friday and Saturday. I'll come up with something shortly 👍

Something weird with the private match creator. I couldn't make it work :( anyone else having the same problem?

Hey man, Saw you last night... sent me an invite but I had some company over and we were playing Pro Evolution Soccer... I'll join you next time for sure! Same goes for mr_V... Saw you wanted to do some shooting too :)

Cool man, but I just noticed you live in AU... so if we do play together it'll be in the weekend in the wee morning hours here and you'll just be waking up.. :lol: Oh well, no worries... I'll have a couple of days off soon.. then it should be possible... 👍
 
The matchup should be a great one. I have had the opportunity to play with/against Masi_23 and mr_VOLCANO the past few days. Thanks for the advice about aiming with the various weapons it has really helped my game play. My wife is completely hooked on this game now, we are still taking turns between campaigns. I think we will be buying a second PS3 for the bedroom so we can play at the same time! I have noticed in the quick matches that people jump sides during the campaign, One minute I take them out and the next they fighting along side me :confused: Well I hope to see you all on the battlefield! and Masi_23 I hope you drive better on the track than in a tank :D (just kidding).

Just want to point out that there seems to be an issue with the private match creator. I invited a couple of people just to check if it out, but it seems to not work. I dont know if im doing something wrong, i think its the same with mr_VOLCANO when he tried to invite me.

I tried to join a match the mr_VOLCANO sent a request for and I got game unavailable. I think it was full? I tried about 10X and finally got in. If you run out of requests then go to the play with friends (something like that) and see who is online, you should get a green triangle option to join their match. hopefully you can join their game. we will have to try the private match option again and see if we can figure it out.

The squad creator, Im sorry to say, STINKS in this game... I tried forming a squad for about 30 min. last night with mr_VOLCANO and GTP_EBK2 and it DID NOT WORK!! :grumpy::grumpy: mr_V always appeared but no matter what we did GTP_EBK2 would not appear... I hope they sort this out because it gets really frustrating after you've tried it 5 five times... Later on we tried by joining sessions, but then we ended up on different teams... Still love the game, just the online matching is CRAP...
 
In like stink. Love this game...not too bad at it either.

I'll probably use my normal username - cooldawn.

With Bad Company I dont remember it being this bad... I mean, we could not get EBK2 connected no matter what was tried... only in the end by joining our session did he make it in.. and then on the other team... Hopefully next time it will work better... I'll see if I can leave some feedback on their site... 👍

Tried the demo the other day and got hooked. So I'll be purchasing this game on my next paycheck and you guys can count me in!
 
Until a patch comes in and fixes things up, i guess theres no definite date for a full 24 man GTP Match :( hopefully, they add a few maps and new weapons 👍 European theater would be welcome too :)
 
I'm back on shift wish I could participate. Maybe tonite I will give Masi_23 his daily dose my grenade launcher :trouble:

Good luck on the job interview hopefully you get the position you seek. I just left Cali after 10yrs, my job ended and luckily I got a transfer. California has issues, and alot of the good jobs are leaving the state.
 
I tried to join you guys this evening but it kept failing on me, so I played a few rounds with strangers. Better luck next time. ;)

Thanks J. It went well 👍 Yah, business was slowing down at work, unfortunately, i was selected to be laid off. But hey, the worse has come and gone, theres nowhere else to go but up :) Good thing im not paying for a house yet :dopey: (still in college).

Anyway, ill probably play a few sesh later on tonight.

Yeah it was great ;) Did you see DAS-THE-SPARTAN he was crazy! Really cool sitting in tanks with him. He got 32 kills and 1200 points one round :scared:

EDIT: Checked global ranking an he was in 300 something, cant remember exactly. He has played 67h already ! Looks like I found a good squad member :D

Good to play with mr_VOLCANO tonight. After a few solid days of racing games I lost my touch a bit but I'll get it back.
