Battlefield 1943 GTP Private Match

Ok guys I spent my Sunday afternoon repairing my 60gb PS3 due to the YLOD! The fix worked and I am back up and running...See Y'all on the Battlefield.
 
Haven't turn on the PS3 in about 5 days i think. Real busy with school. I'll be on later today, i may be a bit rusty :D
 
Just had my best round at Iwo Jima with 37 kills last night :D Not trying to brag (ok maybe a little), but i never used the raid. Used the lovely M1 killing machine! I guess i played a bunch of 'noobs' last night cuz i was the only one with double digit kills :D

Cant wait for Bad Company 2!

Edit: just had another great round at wake with stiffer competition. 35 kills 729 points :D

Had some Awesome rounds with Tommi_2000 today, we were racking em up "running and gunning"! Sorry I missed you today mr_V 👍

I haven't had time to go on the PS3 for the past few days but might be able to do some rounds on Friday and some of the weekend if anybody is on. And if Dirt 2 doesn't consume it all;).

We might try the private match again, Monday was just horrible for 1943. The servers kept dropping off to the point it was just ridiculous. The local Best Buy didn't have Dirt2 I guess due to the holiday on monday it jacked up shipping? Anyways there is always tomorrow :dopey:
 
Haven't seen you guys playing in awhile. Minus and I go a few rounds here and there. I have been playing after I have had enough of Shift...AI. Here is a cool link that gives you code to copy and paste that displays your stats if y'all are interested. It updates every 12hrs.

Me too, although saying that I haven't been online much in the past week and I don't have everybody on the lists PSN ID. Ill have to do that later.

Had some Great Battlefield action with Tommi, Minus, and Psycho this afternoon. Top squad every battle, awesome team work today.

BTW, are we sure the whole problem with the private match setup wasn't just an isolated incident? This game is not going to be patched.
 
I was playing Battlefield 1943 this afternoon and got an email stating that I could participate in the Bad Company 2 Beta, did anyone get this email via PSN? I signed up for it and it looks legit. My wife and son did not get an invite for the Beta test.

I am starting to question the validity of the URL and website that was in the PSN email. It looks legit but the BF2 website and even Facebook site states the Beta is available on the 19th not the 15th of November? I have a MAC so hopefully this site is not a Virus. I posted on the Facebook site to see what response I get back.
 
Looks like this game is abandoned by DICE. Too bad. It had a ton of potential. I guess they're busy with other projects. Got really tired of the same old maps...
 
It was great to play a few rounds with Masi last night, We literally swept the map last night!
