i try over and over to beat like the wind with zr1 rm but still can't win. i want to win minolta race car but the more i try the more difficult for me to win. maybe i'm not a good driver with joystik. so i decide to buy race car from dealer or used car. Guys do you have any idea which race car i should buy? i have to carefull coz their are very expensive. pls help me out. tks

Get your B Spec driver up to lvl 6/7 and complete the Miata challenge, you win a car capable of winning the event. Good luck.

force yourself to take the turns at indy @195 mph with the ZR1. if you can do that and you know how to draft it's just a matter of positioning yourself behind a car going into turns 3 & 4. you'll have to block them at the finish. without a doubt this is one of the most talked about topics on this board. you should be able to search for more info.

Daytona road course...your on your own.

The ZR1 doesn't seem to work well with pad controls. You could do B-Spec to win the Zonda R, it's much easier with that car.

I had zero problem with the Mazda Furai from the B-Spec miata race. A quick tune I found on the boards here, a small engine upgrade, no turbo, and I won both races in the event.

Guys tks for the reply.

do you have any spec tuning for zonda to win this event?

I can't find the exact thread again unfortunately, and my fiance is using the TV. I did a search in the tuning forum for "furai" and three threads popped up that have similar looking tunes. The one I had recommended getting a turbo and stage 3 engine tune, I only got the engine tune and did fine. Try one of the tunes in the tuning forum, and don't brake at all, and you should squeak by after a few tries.

With the tune I used, I managed to win by .020 seconds or so on my first go after using the tune.
Message me if you still can't get it and I'll look up the tune I used.

Lol wtf,

First go,

Minolta Toyota, last turbo package, drive it in about 500km give it and oil change (should be around 1040hp)

Guy did it first go, he ran out of physical strength last 2 corners and got pitted on the last. However the merc c9 who hit me smashed into the slow Gillet vertigo and crashed lol. Bloody karma!

I used the Zonda R for both of these; R:Soft tyres and max downforce, FD 260-something. Front Brake at 5, Rear Brake at 3, TCS at 2.

The oval's pretty easy, for the road course you just need to practice - braking into Turn 1 + Turn 2 was the hardest part for me.

for the road course i have a cheat.. when you ar on the straight opposite the start straigh you come to a chicane.. drop some speed and hit the grass.. i dont this event for the first time in a VEYRON!!!!
