After the unexpected popularity of my Bathurst/GT-R video before GT6's launch (below) I may have promised to make an effort to keep them coming...
... and I figured what the hey why not. It's actually quite fun recording gameplay vids and getting involved with the community. Sure there will be people faster than me or have better film skills than I have but I suppose we all have to start somewhere!
I've currently done all my recordings on a smart-phone or some other recording device (hence the resolution/quality) but I'm looking towards getting a capture card at some point in the future; taking into account budget and next-gen hardware considerations. I am a university student after all and the PS4 supposedly will let you upload gameplay videos to YouTube directly (i.e. - if GT7/GT Academy NZ gets released within the next 12-18 months on the PS4 the investment needed for a capture card and all the other hardware required will need to be thought through properly before I open my wallet
).
Without further ado here's my first proper GT6 gameplay vid.
Coffee Break: Cone Challenge #01 | EASY GOLD
The T.V. I'm currently recording from is a 32" Sony KDL32R400A LCD using a Samsung Galaxy S3. Feedback on how I can improve my videos taking into account what I've just said above is highly welcomed!
