Hey guys, most of the people on hear sound a lot better than me so this may seem like a dumb question:guilty:

I'm lvl 21 A-spec, and I cant beat LIke the Wind.... I'm driving the '09 corvette ZR1 with racing modifications and its really not working out for me... I've got around 700,000 credits saved up. Any tips? Anything helps! Thanks!

The ZR1 RM can win it with no problems. On Indy, set downforce to max and gear ratios around 230, make sure the car has every performance part, and racing soft tires too. You shouldnt have any problem with that.

Daytona can be a little harder. I won with a 7 second lead in a max tuned veyron (engine mods only, no suspension) with racing soft tires i think. Just need to brake early and try not to have too much understeer

Others say the ZR1 can win daytona, and the mazda fuiri (no clue how to spell it sorry) concept can win it too (won in miata race in B spec)

Good luck

Use a tuned Mazda Furai. You win a Furai from the NR-A roadster event in B-Spec.

Yeah, increase downforce all the way up front, then you shouldn't have a problem, leaving a little to spare in the rear can give you better top speed from my experience.

I beat it on my 3rd try with the ZR1 race mod... You just have to have skill  Now I just do it for fun to get some cash. haha Make sure its completely modded. Downforce at 30/50. Top speed set 255 or 261. Put the camber 2.0/1.5. Just make sure you draft off the cars. I got the lead in the first lap & just had to play defense the whole time. Because they will catch up & try to pass using your draft. Just cut them off.

i used an x1 i traded for an enzo lapped all cars!!
i'm planning on winning it fairly tomorrow though. just wanted the minolta quickly

A fully tuned '09 Zonda will get you home on Daytona fairly easily. Just make sure you let off before the start/finish line and then turn in early so youre nice and straight for the tricky braking point before the longer of the 2 infield sections. Should get you home by 2-3 seconds against most fields.

Haha yea beating it in a X1 is kinda unfair but I'm sure it was fun. Hella lucky trade there also!

You don't need to block, I've beaten almost every car on 'like the wind' with the vette race modded. You set the downforce all the way to it's highest on the front so it can stick to the road through the corners. You can easily take each of them over 300kmh or 185mph. You don't really have to brake, you can let go of the gas and coast half way through then accelerate, or you can tap the brake and accelerate, I do both.

Use the Race Mod Vette ZR1, upgrade all the parts you can, fit racing softs and set the downforce to the max, you can then run full throttle the whole way around Indy and it's an easy win. You can win at Daytona with this car too.

Audi R10 stealth. This will do it easily if you have one or can borrow one. If not try the ZR1 again with the setting given above.
