And here is a pic of the 166 Barchetta interior... All of the leather and upholstery/trim is hand-sewn. Notice the classy chrome holding the two low-profile windshields together. Also notice the wood steering wheel and shifter (which has the gears lettered in Roman numerals), and the nice, simple instruments. Every seen an interior this nice? :D

Guess the Cobra's a ripoff? It looks a lot like this Ferrari, except a bit longer...

Uh, possibly... though the Cobra's lights are actually very small rectangles. :D However, I wouldn't blame them... the shape of this Ferrari is absolutely gorgeous...

Oh god, every ford (good fords) are rippoffs of Ferrari's Check out the GT-40 sometime next to a picture of one of the racing Ferrari's of the time... It seemed ford never wanted to bring out anything with a new "innovative" look.

The Cobra styling was actually based on the AC Ace, but slightly different, so blame AC for that. And look at all the other race cars like the GT40 at the time it was made, they all have that look, not just Ferrari and Ford. It's like how most F1 cars today resemble each other a whole lot to people who don't really follow formula 1.

Anyway, here's some pics of one of my favorite old Ferraris:

Since I can't post a pic,
Will you please post a pic (according to me) the most beautiful classic Ferrari ever, the '60's 250 GTO V-12, the power machine. :)

wait a second... that's an "old Ferrari" thread, and there aren't any pics of the nicest Ferraris ever?

250 Testarossa

330P4

365 GTB4 Daytona

250 GTO

and there are countless others i couldn't find pics that looked good enough (namely the 156, the 512BB, the original 288GTO, the 250LM and various other great Ferraris of yore...)

would the F40 be considered as an old Ferrari... the 80's were 20 years ago... :p
