It sounds stupid to me. Cruising isn't a profession (especially on GT6), it's just a pastime.

When I say professional it means that you're good at doing something. For example, when someone says, "You're a pro at taking naps." Is taking a nap a profession? No. Does it have to be an actual profession to call someone a pro? Nope.

Usually when "professional" is used in that context, it's not seriously, just jokingly.

That's another thing you can't be good at. Just like you can be civilized at cruising and not reckless, but that doesn't mean you're good.
