Actions:
>Cop A and Civi A parked at Rest Stop #1.
-Dispatch reports drag race at bridge.
>Cop A pulls out of rest stop and onto road w/ sirens ON.
>Cop A drives all the way to the bridge avoiding all the traffic.
>Racers A+B doing burnouts.
>Racers see cop, start driving away.
[Optional Civi D driving on road.]
>Cop A tries to give them taps on rear bumpers.
>Civi B passes by and avoids racers.
>Cop A calls for backup.
-Dispatch announces backup will be ahead of your position.
>Keep chasing.
>Cop B joins pursuit.
>Civi C reverses out of parking spot but stops when racers pass by.
>Cop B attempts PIT on one of the racers. Fails.
-Dispatch announces that roadblock has been setup.
>Cops C+D already setup block.
[Optional Civi E stopped at block.]
>Racers A+B handbrake turn when they are stopped by the roadblock.
>Cops A+B box in racers.
>Recording over when Ameer says so.
