Where's the course maker when you need it?

Couple weeks ago I played GT5 once again and made a random Toscana Tarmac track. Man that sounds a good track to cruise on...and indeed it's was a good place to cruise in GT5 along with couple other type of tracks. I remember seeing those tracks online.

Why we haven't heard anything of Course Maker?? That's was the biggest reason I bought GT6 (which I got it leaked earlier...) along with "monthly new tracks & cars", new physics and the fact it's a new GT game.

What did I got?? The Biggest Disappointed from PD ever! I wasted my money on that game in the day it got leaked. I was excited to play and share new stuff with you guys and then everyone got disappointed thanks to some stuffs.
Well done PD...well done...

Remember how much fun Mt. Aso was? The ridiculous jumps, the hilariously steep hills that Fiat 500's struggled to get up on. Oh and Top Gear track was the place for literally any event. Cop training? Sure. Drift day? Sure. Why couldn't Kaz just give us GT Arena with no barrieres since that's what he promised in the GT6 press conference.
