Ameer was going to see how I did in the training thing before he thought about letting me in.
 
The GTPD testing is kinda like a way to prove yourself. It doesn't guarantee instant access onto the GTPD, but it'll give you a boost when sending your application. Like when sending in a résumé to a boss. The more things you have done, the better chance you have at getting the job.
