Best 4 door car.

Just wondering, what would you say is the best 4 door car in GT5? I joined a room today where you had to use 4 Door cars. One guy used a SRT 4 and another used a Jaguar S type R. I used a Lotus Carlton and came in first several times. Another car I thought would be good, but I didn't have would have to be any of the M5 I'm guessing. Any others out there though?
 
IS-F is constant power, no weak spots with the 8speed tranny.
 
I'd say any Lancer, or Impreza :3
 
Lexus IS-F RM is quite good, I love the BMW M5 as well. I need to tune my Carlton as it oversteers like crazy, but love those cars in real life.
 
I'm a big fan of the premium Skyline 350GT sedan.
 
Lotus Carlton,C63 AMG,E55,XFR.
 
I've always had a fat crush on the Mazda 6 Touring Car. :)
 
If race cars are allowed, it is almost certainly the Falcon.



If not, probably the IS-F or the DNX.

Is there some form of auto case correct? I'm trying type in all capital letters but it keeps defaulting to lower case on posting.

Thought I was the only one who like's this car, never seen anyone else use it online! Looks great and goes well to just a shame it cant quite keep up with the DTM tourers.
 
IS-F RM or the Falcon, both are great cars.

My Carlton has a bit of understeer currently.

Why would a car need a 8-speed gearbox? Not even a Formula 1 car has that much :confused: .
 
I'm an Impreza fan, but if you want variety, well, let's see, the Mazda RX-8 handles like a charm.
 
Audi RS6 sedan. Can't remember what year it is but it is brilliant. Also, the M5's are very good too. :-)

Standard road sedan? I agree with the OP - the M5 '05 (standard) & the M5 '08 (premium) Sheer classy engineering. 👍

With a good tune, the Carlton is hellishly quick, though...
 
Impreza 22b STI worth a look.
 
Lotus Carlton is a bit of a heavy brute though, but saying that, it is pretty quick in 500pp restricted races and will certainly upset a few M3 CSL's

But for pure speed E class AMG is stupid fast, just dont ask it to go round any bends......
