best 800PP car for Endurance race

Me too, I tried it last night. Despite that set-up being far quicker than mine it is awful to drive. I will stick with mine going forward.

I wouldn't have thought about taking that approach to reducing the PP while maintaining so much power. Seeing things like this is terrific and educational in a way, so thank you for sharing @breeminator.
 
This was fun. Mazda RX7 with R26B engine swap. Racing Hard tires and FM6. AT and no pit stops.

I have Tried this Setup ... Its awful.to Drive. Cornering and braking sxxkz :D
Me too, I tried it last night. Despite that set-up being far quicker than mine it is awful to drive. I will stick with mine going forward.
I find after a few laps I get used to the capabilities and it starts to feel normal. Braking, for example, doesn't really matter, as you just learn new correct braking points for that setup.

I tried it as well and came in around 24:30ish, it''s fast for sure but i couldn't corner very well.

I add the turbocharger and weight,was about 10-15 seconds faster but still no.
I dropped the turbo and weight ,made a couple of changes and ran a 24:02(new PB)
Now i've adjusted again and have the 0-400m time down to 10.21,so hopefully my next run gets me under 24 🤞

Try setting the ride height to 88 on the front and 92 on rear. It adds about 8PP but it still has 628hp after turning the ECU down to get under 800.

Also to anyone that doesn't know the "braking sensitivity" in the LSD doesn't have an effect on PP, so the 5/5 presented is unnecessary. I just ran it at 40/42 and combined with the ride-height change it was a pleasant drive. If not for the trail-braking to keep the battery from running out it's not much different than a normal Gr. 1.

The brake sensitivity is true unanimously, so the Alpine for Tokyo, 2J, any car that is running a special tune to get under a certain PP, the brakes/transmission can always be changed to fit the circuit

No doubt that one can adapt ;) it is of course fast Like hell (compared to my Setup), But its Not funny ;) even If Its grinding - a Bit of fun, and even If IT IS only trying to Timetrial yourself - ist required. For.me IT would bei typically 30-45 Seconds a Race saved. Then I Take the fun :)
 
@Koyaga, just an update. I've been using your 787B tune and got a FL 1:33.099 and fastest race time of 24:13. At first I couldn't drive with your tune but after getting used to Praiano's tune I tried yours again. Easily one can get fastest times with your tune. Thanks!!!

I just bought the 2008 Xanavo Nismo GTR and it is a dream. Drives on rails but also turns and good fuel economy. I don't think I will need anything else at 800 pp. Used it in the Spa 1 hour race and lapped the entire field (it was dry all race ...)

Edit: just did another 1 hour Spa. Now in the rain. Lapped entire field twice. I have never driven a car with such confidence in the wet. I can really recommend it.
For clarity. Is that Nissan GT-R GT500 '08?
 
The 787B is the strongest 800pp car. Not only because it’s quicker than a GT car at that spec. It also has great fuel economy which makes certain events no stoppers. Or one stop while the competition does two or more.

i tried 700 PP Endurance race with baby redbull and won it easily
but at 800PP race i couldnt won with baby redbull even with it fuel Efficency (PIT once only for fuel)
so which is your best car for Endurance race 800 PP let say for Sardenga world touring car thats give you 485000 (15laps)
i did this one with the audi r8 gr3 type and need to pit 2 times but can race on full power ... i can clear 15 lap in 26.40.
 
i did the race with the audi r8 gr3 edition and needed 2 stops but on full power
i did dominate the race and the first time i did go pitting i had already had 41 sec on teh 2nd so when i left the pit i still had 11sec left on the 2nd
 
I spent the 9.5m credits to get the McLaren F1 GTR Race Car '97, and had just 638 credits left after that, so was hoping it could win the Sardegna WTC 800 race without buying any upgrades.

It comes with RM tyres, which probably isn't ideal, but the fuel is good for a 1 stop, so I made the tyres last for 8 then 7 laps. It did 25:49 race time, which compares pretty favourably to other cars, and it could probably go faster with money spent on upgrades. My fastest lap wasn't amazing at 1:39.4, but it was easy to drive it consistently.

Edit: Okay, with 200kg ballast and RH tyres, the McLaren F1 Gr.2 car did 25:04 with a fastest lap of 1:36.947, so that's the new fastest car I've tested. Other Gr.2 cars might be similarly fast, I haven't tried any others yet.

So the McLaren there is 705bhp 1150kg. The Alpine VGT Gr.1 with 200kg ballast at 800 PP is 510bhp 1130kg, so it's easy to see why the McLaren is much faster.
i did my fastest lap with gr3 audi r8 and that whas 1.36.824 so not much slower
