I did not get any codes in the box. Best Buy claims to know nothing about the DLC cars offered for the Pre-Order. Grrr. Anyone else get codes for the Best Buy DLC cars? Or does anyone have proof that they were offered at one time? I can't find that info online anymore.

i got my code from an email from them, picked up my copy today around 12ish est, then around 9:30pm i got an email from them with the code to dl the gtr racecar.
 
I got mine via email. The Nissan GT-R, cool! Coderiver, if you pre ordered through Best Buy as I did, you should have gotten an email from them with your unlock code in it.

I preordered online, picked up the game at the local BestBuy location this morning. I emailed them asking how I should go about redeeming the bonus Stealth GTR. While I never heard back from them, around 8:30? I got automated email from BestBuy on a code to be redeemed at Playstation Store.
 
I Pre Ordered Collectors, you should have gotten a little box with a flyer with code inside. I can confirm it worked

My problem is with the voucher with the code on it. We have it, but it has some stupid little sticker thing that ripped off part of the code. We called Sony and they told us that there's nothing we can do and try and guess the 3 digit part of the code (26 letters, 10 numbers, 3 digits, that's a lot of combinations). Then they said they would fax us something, that was early in the morning, still haven't gotten anything back.
I'm a bit annoyed to say the ear -_- I was looking forward to a free Mercedes 300SL, Lamborghini Murcielago LP640, etc. with better performance and stripes (most importantly the stripes)/
 
OK I picked up my preorder CE yesterday and they didn't give me any little box or any flyer with a code. Just the regular preorder ticket with the order number on it. So now I guess I start the grind of getting Best Buy to make good.

EDIT: Found the code in an email that went to my spam folder. Other emails from Best Buy don't go to spam so I didn't think to look there.

SAME HERE! I emailed their help@ address and they gave me some BS about "if you pre-ordered, this that, some other scripted 'you're an idiot' message. But we would like to get this bonus to you! Just give us a bunch of information and we'll ignore you for a few days."

The email title was "Your Gran Turismo 5 download code and instructions"
 
Yeah, and it went like this:
Instructions for redeeming a Promotion Code with your PS3 system:

1. Sign into your PlayStation Network account.
2. Visit PlayStation Store via your PlayStation 3 system.
3. Select the Redeem Codes icon from the Store.
4. Enter your 12-character promotion code and select Continue.

PSN CODE: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx


5. Select Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to redeem the voucher code.
6. Once complete, the downloaded product will be accessible from the XMB (XrossMediaBar).
