I've been doing a lot of B-Spec grinding and have gained about 8mil in total, I was wondering what should I spend the money on, Getting more money is not really a problem, and I currently have all thee cars required for each race and event(so far) so cars like the FGT aren't really an issue. I would like a car that is good looking, and gets good lap times, I was thinking maybe the Audi Team PlayStation, or maybe the Mazda 727B or possibly one of the 908HDi's. The cars would need to from either the OCD or the Dealership, as I am not prepared to slot machine the UCD until a epic car comes up.

What do you guys think?

It depends what cars have you got already and what races you want to do with it..??

You mention the Mazda 787B, Peugeot 908 and Audi, so I presume you are looking for a very fast car (like a Le Mans car rather thn a DTM or JGTC car), in that case, alot of people rate the Mazda 787b, I dont think you can really go wrong with that.

But it's not going to be massively faster than the Minolta Toyota you should have for winning ''Like the Wind''..

You should think about the used car dealershup though, there are many rare cars in there, especially road cars that will probably of value if/when online racing really starts hotting up.

If you have money to burn, some of these cars are a good investment as you dont see them very often and some can be expensive, some of them are so fast in standard unmodified condition, it'll put you in a good position in the long run to have some in your garage..

Thats true, but Most of the time that i check the UCD, the most expensive (best??) car i see is a rally car, which doesnt really appeal to me.

And yes, like ever single 7 year old, i like fast cars!

No offence, but I have over 270 cars, the best car of them all costs 59,000 credits, the price of a car doesnt necessarily determine how fast it is or how good it is.

This 59,000 car can take on, and beat, cars I have paid 1-1,500,000 for.

Yes, usually it is the case that the better and faster cars do usually cost more money but it's not 100% true.

The Nissan R34 Falken tyres race car is another example, it only costs 200,000 credits, but around the nurburgring in an endurance race it is only a fraction slower than some cars that can cost 2-5,000,000.

Different cars have different good and bad points, it's well worth looking at as many cars as possible, sooner or later you will find cars that are 'exceptions', and mostly these cars can be found in the used car dealership.

I'm currently saving for the F10. I have about 8,500,000 thanks to the X2010 challenge giving me like 4 or 5 million. I'm not saying it's the best car to save up for but for me it's the best new 'different' car added to the game so I can't wait to drive it.

The Furai, the Minolta-Toyota, and the FGT are the most important cars in the game. You can win the first two, but you must save up and be at level 24(?) for the FGT.

I wasnt trying to bring you down or anything, Hell you cant even sell most cars back, kinda of the reason i put it in brackets.

No problem, I wasn't trying to be rude or start an arguement, I was just trying to emphasise to you that you can save money and get very good cars if you use and look at the used car dealership on a regular basis..

No offence or animosity intended my friend...

1.Chevrolet Corvette C6 ZR1 RM (This car has earned its worth plus more)
2. FGT

My two workhorses, the ZR1 RM was the first of the two I purchased and I had been saving up for this car since I first started playing GT5. Once I attained that car and did more reading about the FGT, that was the next car I saved up for.

Saving up for the ford gt lm spec 2 test car. its a premium and all carbon fiber. i have resisted buying all the fricken parts to basically build a c6r. i know its cheaper, but owning that ford gt is gonna be sweet.
-now if i can only manage a first place in a nascar on the nurb so i can finally get to level 22!

Save up for a McLaren F1. It is probably the most unforgiving car but if you can drive it without messing up, it's very rewarding.
