Somebody stated earlier that they hate Ascari. Wow! I adore that track(but individualism is GOOD). The way you decelerate into/accelerate out of corners there, it's very satisfying. Plus the fact that the pp limit is 650, allows for any road car to be used(European super/hyper cars are generally my favourite vehicles).

Unfortunately, the conservative driving of the A.I. means that winning there is almost a foregone conclusion, so my objective is, how many cars can i lap. Once, in an FXX, i managed to lap the entire field, by the end of lap nine... And that was with two stops!
David, you are correct. Ascari is a difficult track to get used to but once you learn how to drive it, everything flows very smoothly.

A stock Nissan R390 GT1 roadcar with max downforce does Willow easily. No pitstop needed.

I won the Willow Springs race with an Aventador stopping halfway. First time I tried it I used the fuel recommended by the game and while leading, ran out of fuel on the last corner. Whoops. 2nd time I added a little extra. I don't think it was tuned but I definitely have all aero mods on the car.

I'm struggling with the Aventador fully tunned on this track, does it gets harder as you encrease pps?
lap times are around 1:20

I'm not sure. I've just checked but haven't got the replay. I've looked at the car it is not stock. No power upgrades but it has stage 3 weight reduction and a carbon bonnet. Sports soft tyres. However I have driven it online since and possibly made some of those changes.

Only the vehicles in the field determine difficulty, some are just more capable than others in the hands of the AI. From what I've seen, the Lamborghinis like to eat rubber, so I'd tune it in such a way that stability is maintained as rear tire wear increases (even if it means that it understeers). Increase front torque input, say 35%, and throw on a wing so that tires wear more evenly. Also, there's no reason you should need to full 650PP or whatever a fully tuned Aventador sits at, so if you decrease the power you'll likely increase the stability.

Easily done with HSR-ll. Past the vayron on second lap and finished 2 minutes in front. Suprised me

I cleaned Ascari off with a GTR-Black tuned to the pp limit, sure it obliterated its tires, but not much worse than the competition, and the AWD DESTROYS their lap times

It was a lot of fun with the Shelby GT500. sports computer, and cat. 1 pit stop. Was easier, but still fun with the Audi R8 4.2. but then......EVERYTHING is FUN with the R8 4.2 .................

I finished both of them with the Stradale on sports softs, pitting once.
On ascari I managed to be way down the fuel redzone upon entering the last lap. Thankfully I was about 45 seconds ahead and managed to keep in first by 15 seconds while coasting off the gas pedal for most of that final lap. Great fun :P

I do not know if this has been asked before but if anyone can suggest cars and tunes to be used in these two events it would be appreciated because they are they only two I am having any problems with thanks
Just done willow springs with Suzuki GSX you don't have to pit so just try and keep a clean race should win easy I was managing 1.20 lap times so just set your top speed to 160 mph and see how it goes....just trying ascari know see how it goes, did Le Mans 24 min with Minolta pitted after 2,4 and six won easy ok mate

Looking for an easy win, or challenge? I found the Elise 111-S was a good challenge at Ascari 10 laps (hint: it can make the mileage on one tankful, and if you treat your tyres gently, you can get away without a stop).
