Some of the custom tracks which my friends designed were so good that they deserved to be in the game.
Track makers would share their track with PD and the best few would be added to the game via a monthly update.
If PD wanted the testing to be done by the gaming community perhaps the tracks would be available centrally and gamers would select their favourite and the tracks with the most votes would be added to the game.
I don't know technically how it would be done, but if brilliant custom tracks are created using the brilliant new track creator - then they deserve to be shared with the community via a much better and more universal system than the old track sharing system in GT5.
