My former Fox was indeed made in Brazil, and it showed. The weather dipped below 50F and it refused to work...

Very few cars ever manufacutured in Brazil for sale in the US. VINs starting with 9 are getting less and less common as those things surrender to premature engine troubles. Someone once told me - "I'd hate to end up with the Volkswagen assembled in Brazil at 4:30pm on a Friday." I couldn't have said it better myself. :lol:
 
(Psst... vote for the Mazda3... the Focus doesn't stand a chance!... simply because not enough people here are familiar with the Mk II).

With that said, I can't rightly nominate anything in this category, simply because we don't get the Mondeo, Opels/Saturns and other midsized goodies.

What's wrong with posting 18 times a day? Just because a lot of us have nothing to do and GTP is a good way to waste time doesn't mean there is anything wrong with any of us.

Anyways Exige that Alfa Romeo 159 is dead sexy. I don't understand why they aren't sold in the states, I would easily buy one despite the fact they aren't the best cars in the world.

Oh and I like how Doug was the only one who voted for the Civic :lol:.

I think I owe you an apology really. You have said a few things that have caught my attention and I have responded by being abit harsh. You've done little different to many other new members except you just happen to have posted in a few threads that caught my eye.

A) I don't think Alfa would pass the legislation very easily B) I don't think they ride all that well, though I can't comment from personal experience.

But who cares, they are some of the best looking cars on the road.
 
It's cool, 👍 You wasn't being harsh, you was just posting how you feel about my posting. Trust me, I had alot worse expieriences on the internet. I don't think you was a bit harsh, just stating how you feel about something is more like honesty rather than being harsh.

Oh yes! Its one of my most-anticipated vehicles for 2008, assuming that FIAT/Alfa gets their crap in gear and starts shipping the cars over to the Maserati dealers. I'd buy one if I had any idea what they looked/felt like in real life, and I'm getting the feeling they may become some of the best used cars on the market in a few years...
