I did the 24 Minutes of Le Mans in the Monster SX4.

I forgot it didn't have any headlights and god knows how I managed to race that thing at ten tenths around La Sarthe with only a driving line to guide me

I found the easiest win was with the Peugeot 908 HDi FAP. In fact I had my largest 24m Le Mans victory of 1'10+ with it. Pit after L3 and L6 and you will breeze home.

However, I now use the Toyota TS030-HYBRID as I love it and you only need stop at the end of L4, as you do with the Audi R18 TDI, and victories range from 10s-35s depending on the competition.

You are missing the 2 best LMP cars: The Toyota TS030 and Audi R8 '01. Why is those not in the poll?

However, if you are looking for the best car regardless of PP, as none of the LMP cars exceed 750PP, then it's probably the Toyota Minolta.

Peugeot 908HDi but lately Toyota TS030 LMP1 Hybrid.
PLEASE BRING PORSCHE 919 HYBRID LMP1,PLEASE!!!!!!
Please BRING IT TO GT6!!!!

I've tested some around Monza, same conditions, stock etc and so far the two Group C Nissan's are in the lead but I wouldn't doubt the Toyota Minolta or the Jaguar XJR-9 could beat their times of a tad over 1:33.

I've got a G27. Most others do. It's very fun to drive with! If you ever get a wheel, go with a Logitec.
A majority of people do not have a g27. Not even close. Just saying. Logitech is probably the best bang for the buck, though. I happen to have a g27 as well. I run into a lot of people with g25s, fanatecs and thrustmasters. Occasionally people on DFGTs. But, yeah...most guys don't use a g27, to be honest. Many do for sure, but not most.

That said, the 908 takes the cake for me. Plenty of power to add or trim and the tires are wide as sin. So much rear grip.

I love the bentley, but the OP was right in not putting it on the list. It was in it's own racing class at the time and it can't compete. The tires aren't wide enough and not enough DF for the amount of torque required to keep up with other LMPs.

For a real endurance race with fuel consumption and tire wear, I think the 908 HDi FAP is perfect.

For everything else, I prefer the C60 Hybride.

I used the Mazda 787b stealth. Racing softs, high range turbo and oil change. Just like the rest of the super races i found that if i just raced as hard as i could, ignoring fuel and tire conservation, and just pitting when i was out of fuel, the race would be a breeze.

Just wondering..Is the Audi R10 keeping the R8 '01s place in line or something?..
