What are the best lines to take when you try and drift to get the best time possible? This can also help me out with rally too.

I don't think that there is best lines , hopefully if there was... the best line will have the lowest angle with less smoke, less countersteer, and more gas. I think its also called by speed drifting or dynamic drifting.

ASPHALT: like grip cornering. Try search fast/speed drifting threads.

RALLY? With FR/MR/RR car You may use asphalt driftring technique but it cannot help You in rally racing on dirth/snow with 4WD car or FF car. Rally drifting is different... oversteer is not good choice - too slow.
